Each space has its own bar to accommodate open bar or cash bar parties. The possibilities are endless at Hal and Mals we can outfit any occasion. Whether we are catering a fund raiser or rehearsal dinner our staff can provide the best service and our space will set any mood. Also available with black bean or black eye pea salsa. Serves 40 - 50 Chips and Cheese Dip Creamy cheese dip served hot with generous helpings of tortilla chips. Serves 40 - 50 Mexican Layer Dip Black beans, guacamole, chopped green onions, jalapenos, sour cream, salsa and cheese, layered and served with tortilla chips. Serves approximately 60. Shrimp or Crawfish Dip A tasty dip featuring your choice of shrimp of crawfish. Served with toasted French bread slices. Serves approximately 50. Fruit, Veggie and Cheese Tray Seasonal delights on a large platter served with ranch dressing. Serves 100 Breaded Ravioli A vegetarian delight. A hearty portion of pasta stuffed with Ricotta and Romano cheeses, topped with a light coating of Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. 100 per order. Spanikopita A delicate, fillo triangle filled with spinach, feta cheese, cottage cheese and a touch garlic and onion. 100 per order. Cheese Puffs with Dill Delicious dill cheese wrapped in a delicate French puff. 100 per order. Breaded Stuffed Artichoke A unique combination of artichoke hearts stuffed with creamy goat cheese and zest parmesan cheese, seasoned then lightly breaded. 100 per order. Crab Toast A mixture of crab meat and green onions spread on French bread slices sprinkled with cheddar cheese and toasted. Served hot! Serves 40 to 50. Boiled Shrimp Sold by the pound, with all the trimmings. Mini Crab Cakes A breaded mixture of crab meat, green, yellow and red peppers. 100 per order. Marinated Crab Claws Meaty, succulent crab claws marinated in our own vinaigrette dressing. Sold by the pound Bacon wrapped Scallops Succulent scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon. 100 per order. Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms A blend of surimi and snow crab seasoned with bread crumbs, garlic, and cream. Fluted in a plump mushroom cap. 100 per order. Finger Sandwiches A combination of tuna salad, chicken salad and pimento cheese on wheat and white bread. 100 wedges per tray. Meat Tray 5 pounds each of roast beef, ham, and turkey served with mayonnaise, yellow & Creole mustards, and assorted breads. Serves 50-75. Chicken Drummettes A Hal & Mal’s favorite. 75 to 100 fried drummies per tray. Serves approximately 40. Meatballs in BBQ Sauce Bite-size gourmet meatballs bathed in spicy BBQ sauce. Serves approximately 100. Tamales Another Hal & Mal’s favorite. Wrapped in corn shucks and served with lemon slices, crackers, and an assortment of hot sauces. Served by the dozen. Miniature Muffaletta A bite-size taste of an authentic New Orleans treat. An array of deli-style meats and cheeses dressed with olive salad on real muffaletta bread. 100 per order. Assorted Petite Quiche 25 each of Quiche Lorraine, spinach, herb cheese and Cajun shrimp. 100 per order. Quesadillas A delicious South of the border treat. Chicken wrapped in a flour tortilla and seasoned with a variety of peppers. 100 per order. Franks in a Blanket An all-American favorite. Cocktail size all-beef Franks wrapped in a cream cheese pastry. 100 per order. Eggrolls Stuffed with pork, vegetables, and seasoned to perfection. Served with our original mustard sauce. Serves approximately 40. Beef Hibachi Teriyaki seasoned beef steak, with red and yellow peppers, scallion and pepper jack cheese. 100 per order. Chicken Satay A thin ribboned piece of all white meat chicken breast, lightly marinated with peanut sauce and bound on a wooden skewer. 100 per order. Natchitoches Meat Pie Spicy meat & vegetable Cajun classic stuffed in a pocket pastry shell. 100 per order. Breaded Chicken Tenders Traditional southern battered and deep fried goodness. Served with your choice of dipping sauce. Serves approximately 40. Mini Cheesecakes Lemon Coconut, Raspberry with White Chocolate, Blueberry Macadamia, Dark Chocolate curl, and Peanut Butter Nut Cheesecakes. 60 per order. Brie with Raspberry in Fillo A delicate brie cheese with raspberry sauce and lightly toasted almond slivers, wrapped in flaky fillo dough. 100 per order.
