P.J. Lee

P.J. Lee (right) learned everything he knows from his father-in-law, Hal White. P.J. implements the vision of Hal and Mal's signature dishes while introducing new concepts both for the permanent menu and special occasions. P.J. is married to Brandi White Lee.
After the untimely passing of Hal White, P.J. took over the kitchen at Hal & Mal's.

Brandi Lee & Alissa Joseph

Brandi White Lee (left) is the daughter of Hal and Mal's co-founder Hal White. A medical professional by day, Brandi manages off-site events and catering along with events coordinator Alissa Joseph.
